Motivator to start is my choice, seeing as though I'm starting with a smaller program. I think the recruiting is going to depend on how well i scout, and taking advantage of the portal early!

I'm hoping to eventually end up with a Talent Developer (Motivator/Recruiter Hybrid), but given the kind of non-conference schedules I'm planning on starting with for my Teambuilder dynasty, Motivator might be the way to go initially...Then I will go back to building up Recruiter.

You can change the speed of coach progression for your dynasty. I think there are 5 different speeds to choose from. So I'm assuming you will be able to max out your coach in anywhere from 6 to 30 seasons, depending on the progression speed you choose.

Do we know this for sure, or are you making an educated guess based on '14? I haven't seen anything about increasing or decreasing the progression speed.
@@LandotheDrummer1 changing coach progression speed is 100% in the game. It's mentioned in the dynasty mode deep dive article.

im going to start as an OC at a G5 School, then become an OC at a P5, then HC at a G5, then end at my P5 of choice as HC, Rutgers. not sure where I’ll start just yet. definitely going Recruiter tho

I feel like motivator is gonna be the sneaky best path to go, even if recruiter looks like the obvious choice. So of course I'm starting tactician at Hawaii, maybe I'll have that program rebuilt before the stadium is??

I think motivator has to be it from seeing this. Was going to go with recruiter, but if you start at a smaller program getting boost to the guys on the team will be the biggest factor in the early years. Find some guys with speed or size and develop them and once you have the program going into the right direction start going for recruiter
Exactly! Like motivate the guys you have, win a couple more games, beat a decent opponent and it’ll get the ball rolling
@@AlexTheCreator24 this got so much harder after watching not the experts video. I feel like with the gators you are still correct picking motivator for those lower 1 star 2 star programs maybe recruiter is the way to go and get some good talent on campus and then start motivating. Also I hope you start Dj lagway right away. Excited for the series
