I love watching rotuman traditional dance. They take back memories. I also take part during the Rotuman Day which our guests was honourable minister Qarase. Thanks Very much for the updates.

a very graceful dance Some people say its boring but i say its very much Unique. It doesn't actually take a week to practice this dance it takes commitment and determination (months to practice)..other Pacific Islanders find it very hard to copy this dance..however the amazing thing is we Rotumans are actually very smart in learning and actually performing other cultural dances..so thumbs up to us.. 👏👍👊☺

boring? never! lol those people just can't see how awesome Rotuman dancing is. Rotuma dance is honestly one of my favourite polynesian dances because its simple yet it interesting and unique. The melodic nature of the Rotuman language makes it even more beautiful! Such an unknown yet fastinating culture and dance. I think its cool how the guys grunt too contrasted against the girls singing.

I agree with Liwalala Lui. I have danced in three tautoag hafas and its very unique and takes alot of committment and months of practice. When you understand the moves of the dance and the lyrics and chants of the Sua and tiap hi'i you appreciate this dance even more.
