This is probably the most legendary Cory rage. He blew out his voice box, it sounds like he smashes the controller on the ground and the menu corroborates that, and on top of it all he did this in front of a first-time guest and called him a slur that apparently directly relates to him. Cory is talking about Tim Cain, who extensively worked on Fallout 1 and left the company before the release of Fallout 2 for various reasons.
Cain did not work on Fallout New Vegas, instead joining Obsidian Entertainment (the developers of New Vegas) relatively soon after the release of said game.
He did, however, talk about how employees in the game dev industry gave unrealistic deadlines for basic work tasks, and refused to use simple effective managerial techniques
such as actually assigning tasks to individuals, and was even met with resistance to say the least when he attempted to show just how easy it was to accomplish said task.
All in all, the game dev industry isn't super great lot of the time. It could be business heads making terrible decisions, inexperienced/negligible quality staff which is still the fault of the higher ups for allowing their continued employment, or a perfect storm of both hitting their boiling points. Even the best staff can't do much with terrible management.
Fun fact: the og fallouts were put out by Interplay, the company that owned Clayfighter aka that game Chris made an mocking ad for

Cory should give the remake another chance since the controls are vastly improved in that, especially when it becomes a third-person shooter. The aesthetics are still completely butchered though, its like a precursor to those "hire this man" unreal engine videos.
