    Thx for this I'm learning of the area I just bought land on the ridge of Blount mountain looking at Chandler across gallant valley. BTW we share the same soil type, I'm not certain as to rain as summer seems dry but I do have a seep spring I'm hoping I can turn into a cistern. . I'm also only a foot or two till bedrock.
