I just purchased a 2 cup holder/ toothpaste dispenser but I don’t see an area to screw the toothpaste into grooves so it can be dispensed……any suggestions on what I should do? My 2 cup dispenser is different from yours

My toothbrush and toothpaste doesn’t fit in the wholes

The toothpaste tube is a tight fit. Hold tube at a slight angle while pushing firmly along with twisting and it will start to grip.

Remove the Tube of toothpaste. Pull up on the rim of the area that the toothpaste tube was mounted in. The whole section will come oout. Then you will have access to clean the little despenser that the toothpaste comes out. It comes off and just wash out all the old paste. Should go back in easy.

How do I replace battery?

@4boysmom there is no battery or motor in the unit. It is a mechanical action pump. When you push the toothbrush into the slot and push, you are pressing a pump that squeeze out the toothpaste. I have a video that shows how to take the pump out and clean. Look for it on my channel.

You push up from bottom, it will slide up and off the mounting strip.
