I don't know if I'm the only one to get this impression, but since the beat/bassdrum itself is weak in comparison to other instruments, it does not sound like leading the track, rather as if it was secondary, like hihats. So it's like tempo is x2 slower than it is supposed to be. Weird. Don't get me wrong, the sounds are interesting and the whole thing is enjoyable.

It's either 250 or 260. Are you sure it's exactly 250? the 250 bpm beat doesn't play long enough for any BPM calculators to get an accurate BPM.
