She’s one of those people that doesn’t have a lot to say but when she does say something u pay attention!! There’s something mesmerizing ab her!! She’s so pretty in the most unoriginal way, lol idk how to explain it. They’re all so pretty in their own way. And just cool. I wanna be like best friends with all 3 of them
It helps that her facial structure is more distinctive than the other two's more similar ones.

Alana and Este seem to have very similar personalities (bubbly and loud) whereas Danielle seems quite reserved, calm and observant... interesting sister dynamic!
este is the nicest ! i met her at wasteland in burbank and she gave me her number and said "we should grab lunch at aroma" but I was too shy back then thought she was so cooool. i met her again at their performance near L.A in october and she still remembered me. totally fan girling right now. but yes, the haim sisters are the best...they're so humble too with their fame. started from the smell now their everyyywhereeeee !
Danielle is not an outcast, she just seems like shes super quiet and to herself, not as open.

Este is so obviously the spokesperson for the group, being the eldest. But Danielle (the quietest and shiest one of the three) is almost always front and center on stage. She is the driving force both musically and vocally for the band. She opens up with a guitar in her hands and a microphone at her lips. Isn't that what usually is the case with a lot of great performers ... especially the humble and unpretentious ones to whom I tend to gravitate.
Drink everytime Danielle speaks, congrats you're sober.

I once made a clerk at the campus bookstore run and hide in the backroom from the look on my face alone when she made my pregnant older sister cry. She didn't come back out til after we were gone. Maybe all us middle kids are quiet scary S.O.B.'s. lol

What I find interesting is that like Danielle, I'm the middle child in my family, and I feel like we're always the quiet ones, but at the same time, we're the ones that people are drawn to
Boy aint that the truth about quiet middle children! I don't know about people being drawn to us, though. I'm the one people will come to with their problems and bare their souls to, yeah. My older sister is the true beauty/spitfire, though. I do not begrudge her the attention, however, she deserves it and I'm happy in my quiet background with my art and music. :)
I find that the oldest child tends to be the one that likes to take charge or take the lead, they're fearless and have a kind of 'no nonsense' attitude, they know everything and they're not afraid to put you in your place. The youngest child is usually full of enthusiasm and excitement for life, they're the baby of the family and because of this they can be a bit spoilt, they love attention and being being in the spotlight.

I'm a middle child. There's 4 siblings in my family, and my older sister describes me as being quiet. I don't really consider myself quiet but I usually tend to enjoy the peace brought by silence, and I sometimes back off when my family is being loud.

Lol competitive family, huh? My older brother and sister are super competitive with each other and I'm only ever competitive with my older sister. Huh... maybe the problem is my sister, come to think of it. lol! I think my older brother would win most of these, though my older sister is obviously the fashionista. We younger ones are the quiet bunch, :D
Pera Medina Less competitive and more disagreeable. Our oldest is handsome, loyal, pretentious, prone to anger. Our youngest is popular, charming, strong, and manipulative. I'm book smart, socially naive, easily overwhelmed. Even our normal conversation ends with our oldest calling me worthless, usually because i don't understand some social cue. We're fairly close and all, but sometimes someone snaps.

Yikes, I would not want your oldest, he/she sounds like a dick. No offense. You sound like me, to be honest. I only (sort of) overcame the social terror by taking a drama class. It wasn't the practice in front of people that helped, it was the acting, itself. I slip into a pre-created part, usually the upper class hostess, and try to forget myself until they're gone.
Pera Medina To be fair to our oldest, I am pretty clueless. haha. I was actually thrown in jail recently for a crime I did not commit. If it was either of my brothers, they would have known what to say or what to do to get out of the situation.

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley as well and I can totally see and hear that they are valley girls in the way they talk and are. The coolest girls ever. Their parents must be some pretty special folks to raise girls like these sisters.
