I love this everything about this trilogy - Austin's great song writing, the singing, beatboxing, harmonies - all of it. Amberly is gorgeous as (literally) the girl of his dreams. Three great songs that should be all over the radio! One about being lonely but hopeful, looking for love. The other two about love being found and held onto no matter what. I just love these guys.
The first song Austin wrote after his breakup with Oleana and before Amberly. Stargazer Lilies are Amberly's flower. The chorus of the song came to him in a dream, and there is a short the shows him singing it to her the next morning. And the last sort of shows how they actually met. Amberly actually interviewed Home Free and Austin and her stayed friends. I wish that I would have been so lucky to have someone love me as much as they love each other. Truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song. Really nice to see you back doing Home Free.

I was surprised to find out Austin was found on a cruise ship. Love this! How could you not? Tim's bass...wow. This iteration of Home Free is so classy and fun at the same time. That 2nd chapter was AMAZING!!! Chapter 3, Adam is CRAZY!!!!

You did right by viewing the full trilogy at once. Understanding how the first two segued into the next. You always get caught up, emotionally, with their work so lots of happy tears (x3!) here. Really liked Tim's sweeter voice, leading off, and pairing nicely with Rob (master of sweet and silky). 'SL' is also my fave, not only because of the song, but Austin's appearance in it closely resembles someone special I met 50(!) years ago. Props to Austin for his depiction of both participating and observing in the dream, and the range of emotions he displayed. Final video was logical prigression, but now we're left with needing more Chapters to pickup where it left off. All three songs should be in rotation on the radio.

You're right - this is a beautiful piece of art. It's not of course Austin and Amberly's real story, which is just as romantic in its own way. Austin was in love with someone else when he met Amberly, and three years passed with a lot of water under the bridge before they really found each other. But Amberly has thanked the director, Sasha Levinson, and Sami (who took the stills) for the second part, which she felt expressed them perfectly. Let's not forget that these are 3 tracks from So Long Dixie, to which Austin (with his collaborators) contributed a massive 6 tracks in all. He is a very underrated composer and arranger but perhaps people have started to take notice. Judging by this, he's also a talented actor, but then we've seen that so often in the band's MVs. Didn't you love the BTS feel of "Mr"? And how nice to see Sami on screen again.
LOL I fired up this reaction, then heard my dog-cat (Ranger) grow like only a 22 lb feline can fo. I look outside, and there's 4 deer in the garden, after the green beens which just poked their heads up yesterday. So off I run and for the next 6 minutes, Cat-and-Man were making The Evil Bambi Quartet dodge and weave and Ranger even chased on out to the property line, just like my beloved Blue Heelers Belle and Farfel used to do. You are right from the songs to the video concept this is story telling at it's finest. You could go into this blind with zero knowledge and background info and still get it.
I noticed there was a suggestion to react to Tomi P - Jericho. This is an absolute must if you want a whole lot of bass. I would also like to suggest someone new - Casper Fox. You may recognise the name. He is manager of The Bass Gang but is also an amazing singer. He’s released a number of a-capella songs this year. Natural (if you want a Tenor singing bass), Don’t be Afraid (If you want to his beautiful tenor voice) or Lion Sleeps Tonight (featuring Tomi P and Marwan from TBG).

Poetic license. Like the line about Amberly getting a job offer and leaving with him following her. That never happened. It’s just there to show that if that situation had happened, he would have followed her wherever she went. The line about a baby is to show that there is a whole unknown future he is looking forward to with her. They consider themselves married even though Amberly has said she doesn’t want to get married. But you can bet if she ever changes her mind, Austin would be proposing within seconds.
