The way I got to my skill level is by just playing the game very often. The more you play the game the more you get used to it the more you’ll start to improve. And make sure to challenge yourself all the time. Even if you know you can’t beat a certain song keep trying in the practice mode. Experiment with different grips if you want to and always stretch before you play to avoid hurting your body. Take a break between songs but nothing more than 40 seconds so you keep your blood pumping. And if you ever feel like your not doing as well as you usually take a break from playing for a 2-4 days. It takes a long long time to get really good but the Grind is worth it.

You will need sidequest installed onto your laptop or computer, which is a multi-step process which you can also find videos on youtube on how to install it and get it to connect with your headset, and you must need a usb c cable that connects to your computer or laptop (The charger for the headset won't work). Currently, BMBF, which is the software used to install mods onto beat saber, isn't up to date with version 1.19.0 so you'll have to wait. (I'm deeply sorry....)
I would do that but for so reason when I try to move fast while making smaller moves my arms just get stiff and I can’t control my wrists so I end up failing
