One of the best writers I've ever read. Heard another volume containing his Selected Short Stories has some new ones that weren't yet published. Gotta have it. Thom Jones means poetry, laughter, good dialogue s and a lot of action. A writer that shall make you laugh or move you, according to what he wants. I found the cassette tape in a dumpster---I played it in my car and burst into tears while hearing it. I'm so glad you found it moving too!
