Yes. As his actions were not made by Preaident Trump, but instead by Candidate Trump, or Former President Trump, they are not included in the imminity finding, as it applies only to the "official duties of the President" which are clearly outlined in the Constitution.

if dems take congress, and trump wins. he can be iompeached the first day because of offical business conviction, and joe wins, the judges can be impeached for their fake ruling. the only thing in the us constutition on immunity, is there is none, us constitution, ART 1 SECTION 3 CLAUSE 7
