Tyler Relph (the guy in the white) was my trainer for a year and a half here in Texas and nothing has ever been harder than one of his 1v1 workouts

I totally understand the idea behind training to dribble two basketballs at the same time, just never played in a game with two balls. Maybe it’s an outdated school of thought- and I’m only playing in college but the increasing complexity of two ball dribbling drills doesn’t seem to increase the practicality of the training to me. Sure looks cool though.
