Beautiful! It’s as if the warmth of Allah’s love (azwj) for you in your devotion helped the henna to set vibrantly, even with a shorter contact time. It is so clear how you are cherished! A wedding is such a sacred undertaking, and you showed exquisite wisdom in centring your faith before the traditional adornments. Thank you for the splendour and inspiration of this story!
We should never make excuses to miss our prayers
Its what builds the connection between us and the almighty ❤
Respect to you for sticking to your faith I see why family would say skip a prayer.
People with faith are just better people and you and others are proof of that
No one should ever have a say in how you worship. Do what your conscience tells you is right 💞
What if you conscience is wrong
@@Random2727 that’s between you and your deity not anyone else
@@shelbyregisterrn108 Ruling on using and praying with henna already exists (meaning either it's revealed or thought by scholars and question answered using Revelation by scholars) so it's easy to know!
She does have to go educate others
The ancient incas and mayans felt in their consciensce that human sacrifice was right when worshipping their deity...still hold to this thinking then that worship is only subjective and no one should have any say in it? Nor that if u do it wrong then big deal thats between u and ur god? I get in general what you are saying but when mankind can decide important things like worship and how it should or shouldnt be done..u find yourself on a confusing slippery slope...hence why in say the christian religion theres so many denominations all different ways of worshipping the same God but differences in style and preference when theres so many options of something it can go from incredible to overwhelming and straight up chaos and confusion
Most ppl dont really want to subscribe to that doctrine 🤷♀️
That is why I always try to apply henna at night coz after isha you can apply and keep it as long as you want✨
The power of prayer. Leaving the henna for a few hours maybe the colour may not be vibrant. But you prioritise Allah before anything and Allah return to you what you want
I just love how u explain it❤
I love you 😊 I'm grateful for the information you share and your experiences 🙏 I'm so happy I found your videos 💞
0:24 Sister Sidrah you look so beautiful in that blue outfit. I really love it 💙💙💙💝
A perfect example of you making prayer fit your schedule, and not the other way around. The women who wait to apply henna until their period or after isha understand this very well. There should be a balance of both deen and dunya. If only you had done that same thing beforehand because I’m sure people did feel disrespected and dismissed about how they felt but at the end of the day it’s possible to reapply or start again. There are solutions to everything alhamdullilah
Assalamu alaikum. Sister love u very much for Allah. Ma Sha Allah u r doing a great job. Though being born into a Muslim family i did not a lot of rules which i regret very much. Hoping to learn more day by day In Sha Allah.
Lol 😂 the exact same thing happened to me but I had to wait like 4-5 hours untill applying and then i had to wash it off to pray maghrib and it did not darken over time but I'm glad cuz later on I was informed that henna was actually a form of tabbaruj so I'm glad Allah didn't let it darken. But Allah knows best
Tabbaruj?
Good for you for not missing your salah
Aslamulakum Warukmatillahi wabarakatuhu.
What do you think about the new multi colored henna they have now?
My particular favourite, is the rosey pink henna.
It's reddish pink. They're supposedly made with plant dyes.
They also have multi colored, henna nail stains.
Just like nail polish bottles.
When my daughers had henna done for Eid they told us that it only took 15 minutes and then you could wash it off. I wonder if it depends on the type of henna?
Awesome ❤
Masha Allah ❤
I mostly seen henna after some day comes like a peel or layer type so it's halal or not and also many henna cones have not mention any kind information they mix chemical or not can please told me about it and explain a clear concept
First also some families did this? I was not aware as my family never did this
Assalamualikum sisters , is henna tabarujj if u leave your house without wearing gloves while henna is on .?
Sister Sidra can you please tell me from where do you get these beautiful crowns ?
I really love them❤❤❤ MaShaAllah
Ya because it’s done during Eid
Allah was testing you and Alhamdulliah you passed the test so as a reward in this world he made your henna colour vibrant and long lasting. And InshaAllah he will reward you for the sacrifice you made for your salaat in the hereafter ❤ congratulations 🎊 may Allah bless you ❤❤❤
how long should you keep the paste on before removing it? I’m like really curious
Henna artists recommend to keep it on for as long as possible to get the best color, but it also depends on the woman and how long she wants to keep it on for
For example, when I did henna for EID..I waited until after the night prayer to get it done and then I left it on overnight or until the morning prayer (which was around 7-8 hours)
Aoa also the make up of the bridal have to remove by the Function when it's time for prayer. But how many will do that 😢
What if you make a mistake when applying it? Is it just stained for a bit on your hand?
Yeah kinda, if you make a mistake you better wash it right away to remove the staine cause the more it stays on your hand the longer it would take to disappear and its color would be much vibrant.
salaam ❤
asalamwalekum i have a question regarding heena on nails does that invalid my wadu? after drying
وعليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته
No, it does not
@@NinjaMommy jzakhkallah
Assalamualaikum what about those instant henna that are widely available in the market nowadays not the traditional henna..Does that invalidate our wuzu
وعليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته
As long as the chemicals in it do not form a waterproof barrier then wudu is valid
@@NinjaMommy i wanted to ask you that how can we know if the chemical is waterproof and also I saw may henna peeling of after sometime like a week does that mean it was waterproof chemical pls answer me
@@khadrazaahid Henna shouldn't peel off after a week, maybe you used something else, or maybe the very top layer of your skin was very dry and peeling? Henna paste dries on the skin and the layer of henna paste that dries will peel or flake off, then you will wash, to leave the skin dyed by the henna underneath where the paste was. It's not even possible for henna paste to stay on the skin for a week, but the stain will. Natural henna will definitely not form any waterproof barrier.
Is Henna a sunnah to wear for women though? Should I wear it? I am not Arab or middle eastern though I am Muslim, but I want to know if it is a sunnah, if not I won't wear it as I try to stick to my culture unless its a sunnah to follow. If I wore it I would probably just do the fingers as not to imitate other cultures.
Many scholars say it is a form of tabbaruj search it
@@queeno9010 thank you so much! Perhaps this is why some women wear gloves when they go out.
I'm still confused at why henna is ok to pray with when it's on but not nail polish, eye make-up, etc. Like...that contradicts itself and doesn't make sense.
Because if you polish your nail, water cannot cross through nails. Henna, however, is easily washable.
@@sevinchravshanova4861 ok, so, the water has to touch all parts of your hands/body before you can pray? Totally asking to understand, not trying to start anything or be PC. I'm totally just learning about Islam and Muslims. Tyvm for answering my question, too!
The woman who applied my wedding henna told me to not let it touch water for 3 days. I was like, "do you seriously expect people to not shower or wash their hands for 3 whole days?" 😑
@@Givebackthescarf she didn't just say "no soap", she said "no water".
@@Givebackthescarf btw I got married during covid, so handwashing was a big deal even without religious obligation. Whatever the event, henna is never more important than hygiene.
Somewhere up there, Allah, God and Buddha are laughing their ass off at our human superstitions, while eating popcorn.
It’s tabarruj
U desi? to many hennas imaoo
Yes she is Pakistani
Poor henna artist
U could maybe get a life off social media and be a henna artist? U would be good at that either
My God doesn't have any silly rules like this.
