- After much procrastination and struggle with my computer, I managed to finish this lol.
Special thanks to Kiriban for writing the script. They wrote this back in February and I'm doing it now lol, sorry.
Been some time since I did Japanese voice acting so it's rusty (er). I hope you still enjoy it though.

lol ikr, it's quite nice because today is actually my birthday.
This is great! Your pronunciation is excellent, especially as you say you don’t really know Japanese. I did notice that you should pronounce the “tsu” in “totsuzen” more strongly instead of saying “tots-zen”.
Also there are quite a few errors in your script- “oretachi” is only used as a first person plural between males, so a man wouldn’t use it to describe him and his girlfriend. He would use “bokutachi” instead.
“Inai” is only used for living things, so you would use “nai” when you are talking about “nothing left to say”.
And there are different words for the spiritual (kokoro) and physical (shinzo) heart in Japanese which makes the poetic use you’re using here a little difficult- your monologue uses the metaphorical ripping out of the heart and then switches to the physical, which doesn’t really translate in Japanese.
You’re a really great voice actor and you deserve the best! My advice is to get your script writer to have their script proofread by a fluent Japanese speaker.

I don't know the language, so I can't comment on that part of the video, but the acting was fucking stellar! Your music choice was on point too - it was playing at the right volume to set the mood and it really helped bring out the emotion in your voice instead of over powering it.
