I watched alan partridge when I was 14 in the 1990's. I loved the show and still do. ☺
Always rather fancied Rebecca Front but she looks absolutely gorgeous here. Oh, and she's also a very talented actress, writer and comedienne.
One of the finest comedy performances of the 90s
Never gets less funny. It really is top drawer
Alans face when he realizes he is holding her slightly higher above her waist than he should be.Absolutely priceless.
Coogan is a fucking genius
MAMMA MIA HERE I GO AGAIN!
After all these years it is still just as funny....funniest five minutes on television.
Eightiesboy uhhhh the video is 5:06 so they might well think it’s the funniest 5 mins... in fact we don’t have to guess, they’ve already told you!
awesome....and that lady is sooooooo cute
Alan's finest moment. And Rebecca Front ❤️❤️❤️
Maybe the funniest 5 minutes anywhere on CZcams!
Rebecca Front is hot, the arrangements are superb, and I love the way that Partridge skips after the medley finishes. One of his rare successes !
Rebecca Front had lot of different characters and does them brilliantly.
Her glance at his watch and the look on her face, just brilliant and yet it took me a few views to even see it!
I've watched this dozens of times over the last 25+ years and I've never noticed that before - too fixated on Alan's face! Thanks for pointing it out!
Can't believe this was done in the first take. Classic British comedy!
This alone deserves an award
I'm crying with laughter! He reminds me of myself.
What I would give to see Alan Partridge and Richard Madeley do a medley together, it would be priceless
I just had the most painful fit of laughter after MAMMA MIA, HERE I GO AGAIN!!" part and I loved every second of it
"In off the pink" level of top comedy.
Inside Alan's universe, this has got to be the high point of his career! I love how, from 4:00 onwards in the Dancing Queen sequence, there are people in the studio audience who are almost screaming with laughter.
Absolutely fantastic!
Is that.... The former secretary of state at DoSAC?!
GIMME GIMME GIMME A MAN AFTER MIDNIGHT!!!!😂😂😂😂
The best of many great Alan Partridge moments
One of the funniest sketches ever.
Haha! I love the way it all morphs into "Summer Nights" at the very end ...brilliant! 4:50
SO I SAY thank u for the music
ALAN! ALANALANALANALANALANALAN!!!!!!!!
I bet Alan was chuffed to buggery after that. That was brilliant!
Waterloo-oo-ooo, knowing me, knowing youuuu-A-Haaaaaaa
I remember the first time I watched that "take a chance chance" bit, I couldn't get out my chair through laughing so hard, absolutely brilliant!
LOVE IT :D
MAMA MIA! HERE I GO AGAIN!
Voulez Vous..
AHA!
bada bada bada..
Take a chance take chance take a chance chance chance
Peak Partridge.
Also, I wonder if this is another example of what Mark Kermode talked about in his review of Pierce Brosnan's "singing" in Mamma Mia: ABBA songs are so unbreakably, unkillably brilliant that even a terrible rendition of them is still, somehow, enormously entertaining.
No you're not....not boring.....Partridge and Brent do the awkward silence thing so well!!
lovely stuff
You had a temper like my Alan Partridge. Four British isles breakfast, irish offended. How could you leave me Lynn, when I needed you? I hated you! I loved you too. Bad dreams in the night, toblerone chasing after me... Lynn, it's me Alan, meet in the hotel. They're laughing at me don't let me be a widoooooowwww
Just beyond amazing.
Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnighttttttttttt
Nice watch glance at 4:22
God I’ve never noticed that in the many many times I’ve seen this. Thanks!
I love this.
Why did the communists at the BBC not give him a second series?
jarsonist Possibly because he wasn't a perverted paedophile & they saw him as a liability to their sordid little secret
Alan was signed up to the BBC with a 5 year conetract after Tony Hayers died. (His successor also died and Alan forged his signature). It's not clear if he actually did the second series of KMKYWAP, which would have been in the same fictional time-line as the second series of "I'm Alan Partridge" .
Didn't he do a 2nd series just a few years back but It wasn't quite to to the same standard
Because it was Tony Hayers. Then it was that guy who died at his desk... maybe the smell of his cheese caused him to fall off the roof...
Alec Partridge
I lost it at 3:26 AHA!

Fantastic piece of british humour.

This is better than Mamma Mia.

ALANALANALANALANALANALANALANALANALANALANALAN ALAN ALAN ALAN ALAN ALAN.
Brilliantly observed Des o Connor parody
Honey honey
Not sly... embarassed.
Love the "Alan, alan, alan, alan, alan, alan, alan... my name is Alan Partridge" bit.
He got a Christmas special, I think... That could have been before this. But he sort of ended the series in a way that would cause it to end, if that makes sense. This whole show is a parody, and Steve Coogan is playing a part. The character kills someone in the final episode. You wouldn't give the character another series. I think...
brill not seen this for years. when did this first come out ?
Alan Partridge for Eurovision! (Search for it on facebook)
Still beats Ed Sheeran.
That girl is murderously attractive 😍.
You deaf?
So... I feel guilty for saying so, but Rebecca Front's singing voice kind of reminds me of Miss Piggy.
Rebecca Front
Can’t listen to voulez-vous without going
a-HA! in my head
