Hey Greg, I appreciate you swinging by brother!!! I love cooking on that WSM!!! Cheers to ya!

Just stopping in to get a refresher from T-Roy!
Funny you say that! Sometimes I watch my older vids to see how I created such masterpieces too!!!
Man, those are beauties! Always good to see you fire up the WSM.
Thanks very much Ry! I love watching your cooks also my friend! Cheers to ya!!!!
You made those exact ribs for me (with slightly different rubs and no Harry Soo sauce) the first time I came over. WSM with the B.A.D. Never fails. Lol
It's been quite a while since I made ribs with all the layers of flavor. They sure were some mighty fine eats!!! Miss ya Justin!!!!
Like always, the Bob Ross of BBQ making it happen, I'm smoking some ribs tomorrow for memorial wknd...cheers T-Roy, your the best 👌
Woo-hoo! What a treat to get a master class in ribs from you T-Roy. We really enjoyed watching this cook happen and learning from you. Well done!
As always, a very useful, and nice video. Thanks for doing this! 👍
Love my 18” WSM. Gotta give thanks to you Troy for all your helpful videos. Must see BBQ TV.
Really helpful/informative content T-Roy, your videos always inspire me to get out the WSM.
Just did some on the 26" Weber kettle last night . So delicious. Was raining so no water in the XL basket . 5 hours no wrap and 3-4 spritz times. 250° 4 chunks of Apple ..full size rack trimmed off flap and thin end to save.
T-Roy its great to see an Old School like video it feels like the early days learning. Congrats. Keep up the great job
The wsm cooks are great. Nice refresher for memorial day. Just picked up the spareribs today. Have a nice Memorial Day.
Outstanding cook as always! Cheers!
We must think alike Troy. I'm doing ribs this weekend. It's been awhile for me. I'm pretty sure I would love that sauce you used. Good looking ribs brother! Cheers!

Thanks for another great video! I've never done ribs without a wrap somewhere along the way mostly worried about them getting dried out but this seems to have worked. All the best and I must give this a try. Cheers!
It's a real pleasure watching you do your ribs your old school way on the WSM. They looked almost to perfect to cut into with that great sauce job. Thanks T-Roy!

@@davepowell849 I don’t think it was awful. Maybe $30 if I remember. I didn’t get dinged with duty fees or anything.
Your the man, always keeping it real, can’t wait for mine to come out
Layers of Flavor - this might be tattoo worthy. Another great video by my dude, T-Roy! Definitely going to try out that Harry Soo's Hot Burn.

all I use is a wsm and everything turns out incredible. best unit in my opinion
Looks amazing! I have so many smokers but still love cooking on my 22” WSM cooker. Something so satisfying about it.
I agree, I love cooking on my WSM!!!!
Finally bought the Arbor Fabricating Basket. Yes!, it really does burn longer. Reused some coals, filled it about 3/4's with Kingsford Pro Charcoal and used some apple wood chunks. Every now and then I spritz them with Costco premixed margarita. This gives a really good bark. Burned 8 hours with a stir of the coals once. Held between 230 and 255 the whole time with very few vent adjustments. Did 2 St Louis racks. They went to 170+ before stalling then wrapped. For the first time I couldn't get them above 192. Moved them to the oven at 300, still stalled. Went to 350 and they finally went to 205, probe slid trough easy, Tender, juicy, and popular with the wife and neighbor. This morning I looked in to see what was left, good solid efficient burn, not much left. Thank you for all the great advice.
I'm happy you are enjoying that Arbor basket Steve. It is a great design to help get longer burn times. Have a great summer of BBQ brother! Cheers!!!!
I dont know crap about smoking and am completely new. Your videos help me so much thank you!
Awesome video, T-Roy! I love my WSM 18" so much that I just bought another WSM 22" today. Can't wait to try out some ribs on it. You are a true inspiration when I cook on my WSMs bro. Keep up the great work... shout out to the Side Side! 😅 Great looking ribs my man! 🍖
Gotta love the WSM!!! She's a great smoker!
Nice Troy. Something very nostalgic about the WSM for me.
Same for me. I love the WSM!!!!
Just tried the Mango Habanero Rib Candy today for the first time on some baby backs I smoked on my Weber MT - AMAZING !!! I did one rack with the rib candy and one with Tiger Sauce. The Tiger Sauce was so good, but that rib candy was something else. Thank you for sharing all your great videos - hope to see more soon !!!
Glad you gave that Rib Candy a try. I love that stuff!!! You'll be seeing new videos very soon. Thanks for the love!!! Cheers to ya!
Man T-Roy those ribs looked awesome love the layers of flavor. I was one of the lucky ones to get one of the bald buck slow burn and it is great stuff. Thanks for sharing last video to allow me to get a bottle
Glad you got some of the Slow Burn. It's really tasty!!!! Cheers to ya Steve!!!!
Wow! Beautifully done! Love that use of the Tiger sauce too! We can get that quite easily where we are, but never tried on ribs. Brilliant idea!
Hope you give that Tiger Sauce a try on some ribs. It's great on beef, pork, and I also marinate my shrimp with it. Good stuff!!! Cheers to ya!
@@TROYCOOKS Yes! But like you say, be careful not to cook those shrimp in it... like a lot of marinades, gotta keep them quick with shrimp! Thank you!
Hey bud, I've been watching your videos for several years now. Your videos are actually what inspired me to get my own 22" WSM about 7 years ago, was just using my Weber kettle to smoke, but I absolutely had to get a WSM after watching your videos. Amazing video as always, but I gotta ask, where did you get that basket?? I've got to get me one of those !! You had me at longer cook times with it. Keep up the amazing work, smoking some ribs and a whole chicken as we speak, so I'm sitting outside smoking some meat, drinking a cold one, got my feet kicked up, enjoying this warm, sunny weather, and watching some of your videos as I cook. Not sure life can get much better 😁
Love watching you on the wsm. Watching you made me want to start a channel. Ribs look good.👍🏻 Have a awesome weekend brother 👊🏻. Cheers to you 🍺
Cheers to ya Chris!!!!
Excellent advice for new players, T-Roy. About how to adjust your grill's vents, for the cook!
Yum! Enough said!🚜🪵👍🏼🇺🇸
Great content, cheers to ya.
Thanks Connor!!! Cheers back to ya bro!
Love your WSM set up.
Thanks very much Kevin! Cheers!!!!
Those were some tasty lookin ribs T-Roy! I don't wrap or remove the membrane either. I agree with you, the membrane holds in the juices. And to the people that say "you can't eat the membrane" I'm gonna call BS on that. I'm gonna have to get me a WSM, that thing always looks like it does an amazing job. Keep up the great work brother and cheers to ya🍺🍺
Thanks for sharing, salt or no they still looked epic 👏
Those are some great eating ribs T-Roy!
Hey Jeremy, thanks for checking out the video brother!!! Hope you're doing well! Cheers!!!!
Great video
Man. Looked good buddy! That was a long cook. Thanks for the vid!
All of those great tasting cooks take a while. Good times!!!!
Lookin fabulous my brother
LOL, you are right! Sean would love those!!!!!!!!
Good eatin. I like mine like that. Bones pullin out. Good job, thanks.
Noticed you were a little heavy season. Love you TRoy
Omg they look great. Just pulled my ribs off for the cheat brown sugar spray butter and Mexican style whistersire sauce.
I just did 2 cooks of Saint Louis and baby back ribs In the Webber Smokey Mountain Using lump charcoal I think it was blue's hog lump charcoal. I was able to keep the temp steady at 250゚F. I wasn't sure I could do it but it worked beautifully the key I believe is having water pan in with water, not leaving the lid off to long and I also only had one vent open about a quarter or less on bottom, top vent was fully open.
Looks delicious 👍🏻😋
Yeah, bring back more WSM vids. Years later and it’s still the only smoker I use.
Love your type writer paper comment, was gonna try to text ya a LOL emoji on my rotary but couldn't figure it out. Damn brother time flies and these kids don't have a clue but love hearing things that I grew up with. CZcams would have been filmstrips when I was in grade school / high school. Cheers T-Roy!
You are too funny Kimball!!!! I like the old times also. Stuff is just too complicated nowadays. Cheers to ya brother!!!!
