The problem that I have with Kraken Slayer is that it clogs up your build and delays your Infinity Edge power spike. i think that getting BF sword or Pickaxe, Zeal, then finishing Infinity Edge and going into Navori Flickerblades is better. This allows you to buy items like Bloodthirster, Lord Doms, Essence Reaver, Mercurial, etc. in the third item slot.

i was thinking the same thing with kraken slayer, it's just not worth imo.

I’ve personally been going collecter first which feels like a huge power spike especially if you have an engage supp W E Aa Aa e one shots and then W out again

You can still auto during ult knockback on trist if your AS is high enough or they are close enough

I see many Tristanas including myself Rushing ie instead of kraken because kraken gives no Krit and we can’t get 100% krit fast enough or sometimes not at all cause I need a wits end or a guardian angels. So mabye kraken isn’t a good item anymore on her …🤔

It still has synergy with her basic attack playstyle but It's totally OK to skip it for something else
