Well, aren't you just humbled by this rendition of, what is clearly a poem, a stunningly beautiful poem.
To me, it is a poem about a person that is in a bad spot in life and reflecting on it - what lead up to it, thanking his/her parents for their love and support, and at the same time, acknowledging that they will "not be there forever". The person assures them, and him-/herself, that he/she has learned from this bad experience (blue) and that things will go better (green) in future.
Thank you A-ha and Lauren Savoy. Thank you for this timeless piece of stunningly beautiful art and thank you for giving me swollen eyes and runny nose.
