Faszination Pi

In der Show "The Brain" spielt auch die Zahl Pi eine wichtige Rolle. Sie ist größer als unsere Galaxie, so unendlich wie das Universum. Weil diese Zahl so groß ist, steckt unser aller Leben drin: Der Tag deiner Geburt, deine Telefonnummer; alle Tage, die für dich eine besondere Bedutung haben ...
Es gibt sogar einen Verein, der sich intensiv dieser faszinierenden Zahl widmet: Freunde der Zahl Pi Deutschland e.V.
Um Mitglied zu werden, muss man die ersten 100 Nachkommastellen der Zahl fehlerfrei rezitieren. Ich habe den Schwierigkeitsgrad noch etwas erhöht :-). Die Aufnahmeprüfung wurde im Mathematikum Gießen abgenommen. Im Video treten auf:

Well done. Good mix. I have no idea how you escaped. I don't speak german, i copied the link in google chrome on my phone to have an approximate translation. I don't understand why the youtube app doesn't allow the auto generated translation in all languages. It's weird to me since you can do this on a computer or through the browser app. As if youtube didn't want people to understand each others with the app. I don't get it. 🤔

Thanks for asking; maybe there will be english subs later. Just for now: It´s all about the fascinating number Pi. And there is the entrance exam to become a member of "Friends of Pi in Germany" ... Basically I am reciting the first 100 decimal places; one half is presented as a fairytale, the other half while I do an escape from a tied rope.
