Especially when in the season before when she wasn’t able to put her problems with Izzie aside when they were at work, that does show a lot of professionalism and character development in her character, as I remember when she was first introduced onto the show she took a while to become likable.
I always found it interesting that Hahn felt so strongly about this yet she didn’t report the incident to UNOS after she resigned from Seattle Grace. She must have realized that Callie was right.

At first place, Erica right about Izzy, coz Izzy was selfish but every people on her side coz she did it for the one she love, but Erica can't be mad for it even because she love and respect her patient too? if you watch session 2 you will know Erica really care about the/her patient. Second I think Erica and and Callie can work if the writer not make Erica just run away. Erica call Callie 'kind of lesbian' and Callie right to mad. But Callie was cheating on her, with Mark Sloan, twice, and she has right to mad too. Why the writer not make them work on this together? Because they just find a new World and trying to figure it out.
This scene actually is very relatable and I really love Callie here! She not only stood up for herself, but also Izzie! She didn’t have to do that, but she did because she’s professional, and what happened between the two of them was in the past.

I agree. She was VERY no-nonsense which Greys benefited from having especially among women. We fixate so much on “likability” meanwhile Burke was the literal same person and they had him on for three years no problem.

The actress didn't want to leave she said she was very excited for Erica and Callie to have a relationship so she was willing to do the show
