I'm not hating on SE at all, yes delena is my OTP OF ALL OTPS but I respect SE and their shippers.
Only reason Elena feels for Damon is because she remembers the sire bond moments! We just need one Stelena kiss and Elena will remember how perfect they are together!!!!!!!!!!

8. Everyone tells her that it's a mistake to be with Damon.
9. It actually started off as a one night stand.
10. He stalked her.
11. It is all about sex.
12. And the sire bond.
13. It is a dull stereotype of a sweet girl falling for a douchebag.
14.Damon only wants Elena because he didn't get Katherine.
15. He gave Rebekah the cure because he thought Elena wouldn't love him anymore.

This. This is TRUE LOVE. Delena fans think Stelena is boring? What's more boring and predictable than the good girl falling for the douche?? Stefan never treated Elena horribly! And yeah Damon and Elena did have some cute moments, but Stefan was always the one who loved her deeply on so many levels....
THIS is what a relationship should be. These are legit reasons why people should ship Stelena and not Delena which is sex and drama. I will never understand Delena fans either. I watch the 121 reasons to ship Delena video and it's a joke compared to this
Now let's make one for Delena:
1. He compelled her. Several times.
2. He forced his blood on her.
3. He threw the cure to Rebekah, denying her a human life.
4. He killed her brother. Twice.
5. He kidnapped her.

7. He tried to kill all of her friends (she was the one who had to pull him off Matt after she turned).
8. He slept with her when she was sired and stripped of her free will.
9. He made her feed on humans at a party, when all she wanted was to not hurt humans.
10. He abused Caroline when she was human and vulnerable.
11. He had sex with her mother.
12. He was obsessed with her doppelgänger for 145 years, then, out of the blue, became obsessed with her.

i haven´t made up my mind. then i watched "101 reasons to ship stefan and elena" and then "121 reasons to ship delena". well, i have to say stelena shipper have the better arguments
its not even close... Elena is her best version of herself with Stefan...She is corrupted with Damon forced to compromise her morals and be something shes not...Damon has to put on an act to show hes worthy of her
After watching this new season and how the writers are trying to hook Caroline and Stefan up I've realized that I'm not a true Delena shipper because if I was then I wouldn't mind Stefan having a new love interest. But I do mind soooo much, I can't stand him with Caroline and I just miss Stelena from the first season. I've officially been switched back to the Stelena side.

watching this just made me realize how stupid TVD has gotten, you dont just forget about true love like come on. The themes and plots just dont make since anymore, and in my opinion haven't since season 4- js
I love that Stelena is pure and so good. Hope and Fighting for each other, safety, trust, passionate is the perfect healthy relationship and they are so cute. When I think of Delena all I recall is making out, sex, danger, toxic. It honestly makes me believe that people are stupid to ship them. The only reason why 50% of them ship Delena is because everyone is obsessed with Ian Somerhalder. I love Stelena 100%. If they make Delena endgame the writers are stupid and don't know anything about creating a good plot. They're just showing how teenagers should be a in relationship only based on sex and being wrong for each other. It makes me want to puke. I find my self smiling when I watched this video. When I watched the Delena one I had a straight face and I could literally contradict every reason why they're endgame. It's so stupid. Like this one reason said "Elena trusts him" like wtf? No she didn't she used to be scared of him & would always keep secrets from him & he would keep secrets from her. Like in season 3 when Damon was tracking Klaus' victims without telling Elena. Or when Elena went looking for Stefan in the woods and didn't tell Damon. Most of the pictures and videos that were shown on that video were 50% of them making out or having sex. I liked the Delena friendship and the 'chase' now that they are together they are so boring with nothing to do other than have sex break up fight makeup have sex. It's disgusting. All I want is Stelena and Bamon. Bamon is so cute in Season 6. So that's all my rant.
I completely agree. I already watched DE vids showing the reasons why they ship them 'cause I really wanted to understand why there are so many people shipping DE AND I even watched Anti-SE vids. The result is: Every single reason for being Anti-SE was extremely shallow and not even clearly thought-out. I really wanted to take every single argument of these DE vids/Anti-SE vids and explain why this is absolutely bullshit but I realized quote some time ago that discussing with DErs is just a waste of time and in the end my comment will be deleted by the hardcore DEr who uploaded the thing. And DErs which are not completely convinced or have doubts every now and then come there, watch the thing just to hear something which proves that they've made the right decision - even if it doesn't (that's what I assume after observing for some time). It's like they just see the surface instead of digging deeper. Life and love is not that easy as they want it to be.

I don't get why the writers of TVD would want to influence young viewers and everyone else that you should be in a relationship that's toxic, selfish and based on sex. If Elena was with Stefan for three years in rl and fucked his brother everyone would flip. Stefan is a selfless character with morals and makes elena a better person. When Elena is with Damon it's disgusting and lust and she completely forgets what it means to be a good person and that killing people isn't okay. She literally defended and justified Damon when he was being so evil and it's not a good example. And people wonder why girls end up with douchebags because it's romanticized on tv. I'll never understand how the writers could destroy this relationship. There relationship was healthy not 'boring'. They respected each other, their love was selfless, they were passionate, adorable, sweet and caring - delena is none of that. I want to snooze whenever delena scenes come on.
I ship them so hard, I will never understand why people ship Delena.... I mean, he's a total ass, and no matter how hard he tries he can't ever stay "nice" for long. Stefan on the other hand, well, he would do anything and be whoever she wanted him to be. He's the perfect one.
Honestly I liked Damon a first because he was alluring and charming but when Delena started I understood how much better Stelena was. Delena was a toxic relationship. He hurt her and her friends and family, he didn't respect her or her space. All their relationship ever looked like was lust and stupidity. How could Elena even trust Damon. What she had with Stefan felt so deep and so real. They were so good for each other, they cared for each other and I truly think they made the other a better person. If I had to choose the kind of relationship I would like to be in, it would definitely be like Stelena.
Delena fans will never see how disgusting Delena was and unhealthy their relationship was. Stelena was pure and real.

Okay, so she maybe felt something for him, maybe liked him and bla bla that stuff. BUT, when she had to choose between Stefan and Damon, she picked Stefan, because she knew that Stefan was the one she actually loved and wanted.
The only reason Damon and Elena are together now (were together) was because of that stupid sire bond. And that's also the reason why Elena's stupid enough to take him back time after time after time, even if he does bad things. If there wasn't a sire bond, there would be no Delena.

Wow, this is just so beautiful. They, together are so beautiful. Her eyes light up when she sees him, unlike with Damon. In my opinion, Elena would never love anyone like the way she loves Stefan. She may love Damon, but it doesn't feel like she can be fully happy like she was with Stefan. I love Damon, he's my favorite, and I truly want him to be happy, but I don't think with Elena he would get the happiness he wants' he would always be in Stefan's shadow. Besides, Elena and Stefan, they fit together perfectly. They balances each other out. So hell yeah' Stelena forever!
