    Love this! Super excited to take that next step into phase 3, 4 and 5 with you Jerry! I love the leverage portion of this video. I never realized until recently that that's actually what agent outreach really is. Leverage! Like you said, the agents are going on appointments for you essentially. They're cold calling, sending postcards, etc. You're leveraging ALL of those marketing dollars that those agents are spending and ALL of those hours of appointments and what not, and you're just picking it up at the tail end. Unreal. I always thought of it as just another way of getting leads but realizing that this whole time I've been leveraging probably hundreds of thousands of marketing dollars and hundreds of hours of appointments is incredible.

    Thanks for sharing. I don't know if you have done many of these kind of vidoes before but ould be great to see videos and processes around the dispo side taking a deal that you have locked up from seller to how you then lock it up with a buyer. How you interview the buyer for instance, how you get commitment, how you manage the process etc. That would be valuable especially for new wholesalers.

    Hey jerry about the escrow company will you open it in the market you're wholesaling in? for example if I'm living in Orlando and I'm wholesaling in Ohio I would then open escrow in Ohio and not in Orlando?

    Jerry, would love a response. I would like to go in a market with higher price point for the larger wholesale fee but would you recommend it still for a newer wholesaler? I have done 1 wholesale and 1 rehab but I don’t want the 5k 10k wholesale fee. I want to switch my mindset like you said. Why can’t I get the 20 to 30 wholesale fee. You’re no different than I was when you started. What price point do you consider high market? So I can pinpoint my market. VA? Boston?
