That pool floor ...is worthless. Whole point of gunite and shotcrete is that it is "shot" out of the tub at 7500 PSI...so when you just go around and step in it 1000 times after you packed it in....and then just spread it by hand takes away the whole reason it is strong. You turned it into normal concrete at that point.

... 🙄 You realize how they shoot gunite?.. It air shoot and mixed at the end of the hose... You want to mix fibers at the moment lol
