Potato Bake Recipe:
1kg potatoes - sliced
250g bacon - diced
1 medium onion - diced
2/3 cloves garlic
300ml cooking cream
1/2 tbsp vegeta + salt, pepper
mozzarella/cheddar cheese to go on top
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan - medium heat. Add onion first, then garlic. Mix till fragrant. Then add bacon.
2. In a bowl, mix cream with vegeta/salt/pepper.
3. Grate cheese.
4. In the baking tray, put 1 layer of potatoes - then put half of the bacon/onion mix - then add the rest of potatoes - then the rest of the bacon/onion. Add cream on top and the grated cheese.
