man i love that you keep it without music ! thank you so much !
THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Agree 10000000%! The sounds of the process are so good.
Back in the 1970s, I used to deliver the raw materials to a small rubber company in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The smell in the factory was wonderful, I remember thinking while on the journey there, that it would stink, I was so wrong!
Edit, thank you for the subtitles, they helped me understand what was going on. đ
Very cool, South Korea is awesome.
A new Korean market just opened down the street from me in Texas, best bbq that wonât break the bank and tastes amazing.
Favorite part is the braiding of the stainless wire....love the channel, DON'T CHANGE A THING !
Thanks for sharing!
Nice video as always. I think you missed the opportunity to show in some sort of slow motion the webbing machine, and track how spools move around.
Brings back memories! The rollers are actually called a mill. After the rubber is milled until everything is homogenized, itâs either cut into strips or slabs. The âreleasing agentâ is actually just a type of soap so you can pile it into a basket without it sticking to itself. Before piling though, thereâs the cooling and drying. Surprised they do it manually instead of using an automated batch off.
Idea for a video: The Process of making your wonderful videos.
I think it'd be cool to get some shots of you filming. Like have someone behind you showing us what you are doing to get these great shots. That'd be awesome

Those big rollers always scare the crap out of me.
09:42 jesus the speed of this knitting. 2 seconds for a winding to run around the hose...
Yes thatâs dope!
This stuff always fascinates me even though I have seen most itâs always a treat thanks!
thanks!

I've seen the bands run into a extruder and put on in thin strips for retreads for vehicle tires. Then loaded into curing molds for vulcanizing and tread pattern. Thanks!

Some of those rubber hose making machines have rubber hoses attached to them... How? đ€
Nice

9:25 I just cannot work out how the wire is woven like that.
If you slow it down there are two sets of bobbins moving in different directions crossing over eachother at the same time. I have no idea how they get the mechanism for that right. It's crazy.
I couldnât see how it works with my bare eyes:)
