There are particular measures to be taken before starting the trek and also
trained trekkers as your guide is a must and then too if you have any medical conditions, please don’t go and if you are a person who don’t follow instructions and take safety measures seriously of course your life your responsibility, Rest I enjoyed the trek with @manchala.trekkers this is their insta handle there were rooms facilities for changing and food definitely not fancy place as we are going for trek not staycation.
(Additionally )Nanemachi is very beautiful and keeping it beautiful is also our responsibility so whatever you take along with you pls carry it back and not litter

Haadse kaha Nahi hote hai? Agar aap nature ki respect karo aur rules follow karo toh aise haadse nahi hote bakhi trek par Jana nahi Jana ye aapka decision hota hai no forcement what so ever..
