The last cutscene in the mission always tears me up... T-T
I get that. About your biggest ally, and one of few people Tommy got along best with and had respect for has to cut town but at least they parted on amiable terms. I find it a nice cutscene because it humanizes Tommy just the right amount.

The endscene at the end of this mission perfectly exemplifies how important great acting is to a game...a well acted scene brings you into the game even deeper and raises the story up so that you really care about what you're doing. I wish they got top talent like these guys for every game. PS - Dude makes this mission look EASY! Took me 6 tries...keeping a bead on those choppers was a bitch cause I didnt get to them quick enuf.

It's funny that after I passed this mission, Cortez's yacht remained standing at the pier, although it usually disappears. Probably a bug.

sad to say this but gta vc is in the 3d universe if they make a hd version it wont have this game universe charathers.

I remember this mission. I was blown away by it. Seeing this on my playstation 2 was awesome. I'm always going to remember this game.
I remember how Cortez told me to keep the Speeder and I pushed it into he Hyman condo garage in Downtown and kept it. I still have that save.

I know this game is old but the graphics especially the illumination form the sun is pretty good
0:45 "Unique Color Black Washington" you can acquire this and im gonna tell you now;
In first approach French guys will come with speeder and reefer at left side of the yacht; shoot the driver and shooter on the speeder and this boat will come at you. Get in that speeder and head to the pier; push the car to the other pier and get in, mission fails and you can take this vehicle to any garage ;)

That reminds me. Where did you get the extra ammo for the SAW or that big machine gun you used to take down the chopper?

on ps2 if you keep tapping X it makes your sprint last longer. works on xbox too
The machine gun dispatches the helicopters easily. But I saved half of it for later. We won't get it until Phil's Place opens.

I personally can't stand GTA IV simply because they tried to make it so realistic that it is hard to handle cars, the camera views suck and the graphics are so good in fact that it doesn't suck me into a gaming world. I want to play a game and know its a game. Vice City and San Andreas are my two favorites.
Cortez was the best.
