    The new A4 Facelift is probably the best in class right now; comfortable and efficient and cool in black! What do you think?

    Great review mate! I recently got an identical one to this. A 40 TFSI black edition. Very happy with it.

    Good straight forward and clear video without the usual BS in some others. What's the road noise like on those big low profile wheels?

    • @TechInTheCar
      @TechInTheCar  Před 2 lety

      It was quiet in the car and I never thought about road noise. Of course it is hard to say if what I consider to be quiet is the same as you would or how it compared to your current car but it was comfortable and quiet for me.

    What is the button for near to the SOS button? (The one that shows the car with the door open). Also, do these cars have childlock in the rear as standard?
    Great video 👍🏻

    • @TechInTheCar
      @TechInTheCar  Před měsícem

      It will call breakdown services for you, so you don't need to use your phone. If you are referring to being unable to unlock the rear doors as it is locked on the front, then yes that is standard.

      @@TechInTheCar thanks for the quick reply. I meant the button next to the SOS button. It is illuminated in the video.
      Re the childlock- is there a physical button that will activate child lock in the rear? (So children cannot open the door whilst the vehicle is moving)

    Hi, great insight. Is there a provision for a sim card so the car is WiFi active. I had one in my Fpace and am actually receiving my new avant in May....

    • @TechInTheCar
      @TechInTheCar  Před 3 lety

      I would think it is very likely as the car comes with an in built SIM card for Audi Connect and previous models including my own RS3 had the ability to add a SIM card.

    wait.. you don't have a hars ride with sport suspension AND 19 wheels when driving over pot holes or imperfect road? I definatelly feel every bump, even small ones.

    • @TechInTheCar
      @TechInTheCar  Před 3 lety +2

      Driving over a normal UK road (pre-snow storm) I had no issues with bumps or pot holes. This car doesn't have a sport suspension so that may be why it felt good; but honestly it was very smooth. Of course every person is different and it also depends on what else they have driven. But I didn't feel that the suspension was any harder than the Citroen C5 SUV or BMW M5 I have also driven; and it is a LOT softer than my own RS3.

    • @paralelmind
      @paralelmind Před 3 lety +2

    How would you say the room is in the back with isofix car seats and toddlers in them ?

    • @TechInTheCar
      @TechInTheCar  Před 2 lety

      I would expect that will be enough space for you to get them in and out but it might get right depending on the size of the isofix car seat. This car certainly is larger than the A3 quite significantly in terms of interior space both width and length.
