don't you hate it when THIS happens

I've been dealing with this issue for the past 1-2 months now, random lag spikes when i'm in the middle of playing a song, have no idea why it's happening or what's causing it but it just started happening :/ If anyone has a potential fix for this besides turning down my graphics (ive already done that and it still happens), then pleas put it down in the comments, Please
also I'm completely burnt out on doing botplay videos so I Am Sorry if im not making any
