Hi, thanks for the video, great help for me. However, how do you determine the pitch of the kurling wheels? Mine have no numbers. Will I have to count each groove on the wheel?
If you're doing a straight knurl with the scissors device, are both knurling wheels going to be hitting the same groovings on the work piece? I can see on a diamond knurl it wouldn't make any difference.....

Dave, when using a straight knurl, they will follow a pattern around the part same as the diamond. Thanks, G.
