1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2-4 oz lobster meat
4-6 oz shrimp
8 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce or hoison sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps soy sauce
red pepper flakes
3-4 tbsps butter
4 stalks green onion
1/2 cup pasta water

Did you find the bucatini? I couldn’t but spaghetti was really good.
@@pimpnaintezy88 It was definitely worth the scavenger hunt that ensued looking for those noodles.
@@tracyebeaman-king4632 I found them in under the Barilla brand but I think spaghetti or linguine is fine too. The bucatini just holds more sauce and its a thicker noodle.

I made this and as an amateur cook (if I can even say that title…😅) it came out DELICIOUS! I didn’t have seafood and used chicken tenderloins and also used regular all purpose seasoning I don’t have yours, it came out divine. I didn’t have buccatini noodles but used what I had , egg noodles and they game out delicious nontheless. I also ended up doubling the sauce, since my noodles take up more space than bucatini noodles, and cuz my family enjoys juicy saucy pastas also. Even with the chicken used over seafood, it still tasted very seafood like because of the oyster sauce, but perfectly, not overly seafood. I can only IMAGINE how delicious it would’ve been with lobster shrimp instead 🫣 tyyyyy!

I tried this recipe tonight, I got 2 thumbs up from my husband. It’s easy to make and taste great. I used udon noodle, added pan fried lobster tails, shrimp ,stir fried eggs and mushrooms.

Hi Mr. Happen. Got some lobster claws and made this for NY Eve. It was excellent. Took me longer than 30 min, but totally worth it. Used the rest of claw meat for your Seafood Lasagne which was unbelievable. Thanks and keep it going with these great recipes.
