2 large onion bulbs
5 red scotch bonnet pepper
4 tbsps tomato paste
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup water & stock
Garlic
Ginger
1/4 tbsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tbsp powdered pepper
1/2 tbsp adobo powder
3 seasoning cubes
1/2 tbsp thyme
2 bay leaves
