Why do I have a strong feeling that all this Multiverse is world after Eyes of Heaven?
Every character is alive. Even Dio is much more friendly than he was before. And Giorno somehow remembers what happened before reality overwrite. He still scared for that one time when GER doesn't work, so he searches for more power(trying to become a mage, learning domain expansion). "You know limits of your own abilities" - Giorno is still scared that there will be something stronger than GER in the future. That's also the reason why he made a contract with Makima, and that's why he's hiding in Kaguya's school - he is afraid of the future, as he is not sure that he can rule it.
Jotaro rewrote the reality using Star Platinum Over Heaven.
And now you got this version of the timeline.

Jotaro and DIO passing was spot on for the characters lol. DIO doesn't even have to say anything, and Jotaro was ready for all the smoke out the gate.
This is too well made.. If I haven't watched any of these series I would 100% believe this is from the anime itself.

Serie is likely the tsundere with the least charming reaction possible. Possibly because of her age, like a old person lamenting their dead friends and cherishing their close one, yet never show those emotions on their face. They're great in hiding their emotions and expression, but they aren't great in resisting them
Okay so, if DIO got defeated by Jotaro, how the hell is he still alive, nowadays?!!!
