it means retroactive continuity. basically its a term which is used when a story gets changed afterwards.
for example, davie said that he cannot play bass or say the s word (slappers) anymore until x subscribers in a prior video but now he starts using slappers as intro again.without having reached x subscribers. changeing the backstory to "i cannot play bass but i am able to say slappers"
