He probably got media training and on top of that just finished filming some days ago a movie with intense work out and also he's working out for F4 he must be exhausted too
He's actually chill irl. Just goofy and random. I can't imagine all this press at once I can't even keep up with all the interviews coming out. On top of him having anxiety, which I also do, I'd personally be burnt out at this point.
