@@Hoxton66not on an IPP. If caught it’s straight back to closed conditions then will need to wait until the next parole review board to see if he can be recategorised to open again.

I was once in an open prison, a different lifetime ago and one of the lads after being released snuck back in to bring everyone weed. Such a weird experience being detained somewhere that had no perimeter walls or fences, just woodland all around. You could literally just walk out…..if you fancied the whole ‘being on the run’ life until you get caught and dragged back to the ‘not open’ prison! 😂

Peter.. I liv in Northallerton not far from the prison danny absconded from, the Friday after he absconded I saw him in Northallerton he walked up to me asking if the town had cctv and where the best way to avoid cameras to get to train station. . That's was a couple of weeks ago now.
