Yeah you are right rappers are really good vocalists in Stray Kids, they can sing very well, they are truly all rounders. And they make their songs themselves (especially their unit called 3racha: BangChan, Changbin, Han) the members write, produce and sometimes even choreograph

when the english translation says “thunderous” they’re saying 소리꾼 (sorikkun) which is a professional singer of traditional korean folk songs called 판소리 (pansori). 소리 means sound/noise but is also commonly used in reference to voice/words. 꾼 means professional or expert. if you’re interested, i think you should check out some pansori performances. the vocal techniques are incredible and deliver raw emotions, especially 한 (han) (deep sorrow/resentment) and 정 (jung) (overwhelming joy/connection) which are two important sentiments in korean culture.

Every member can sing, and rap very well. There are no specific roles because they can all do everything. However certain members do more of the vocals and certain ones do more of the rapping. But sometimes they like to throw you for a loop. Also they are a fully self producing / song writing group. Every song they have ever release they have created or were largely part of the creation process. But like 95% of the songs are 100% theirs. They are incredible! I highly recommend checking out more from them when you have time.

you should definitely react to Oneus and Onewe!! they’re literally one of the best 4th gen vocalists, but no one really talks about them. I think you’re right with this one. Seoho(Oneus) did a 4-note climb, but he originally auditioned as a rapper. Oneus and onewe’s vocal ranges are no joke!! I recommend reacting to ‘regulus’ or ‘envision’ by Onewe and ‘a song written easily’ or ‘come back home’ by Oneus!
YESS some antis really say rapping angrily isn’t a talent and don’t realise just how much control and technique it takes to rap how changbin does, they won’t let the guy receive recognition for his talent because its not their fav and its infuriating to see it
