Really appreciate your ford testing really good sir thank you very much
Can't go wrong w/this truck! Best features/tech.. Best ride.. Best powertrain by far!
I hit some big desert whoops at 12 mph when I should have been going seven. Tore both fender wells clean out of my 99 F150 2wd stock xtra cab 5.4 XLT. I remember looking in my rearview mirror and seeing both of them lying behind the truck. Then the floods of 2005 came to So. Cal. Puddles became lakes 20 feet deep. I never saw so much mud. I didn't know that the air intake was behind the missing fender well. Those 5.4's are tough motors.
I remember Ford saying small trucks were losers and that anyone with any sense would buy a real truck. Small truck costs almost as much to produce as a full size and fuel economy isn't significantly better. And they said that Ford was never ever going to make another small truck.

Easily the dream job, testing off road vehicles is the best job you can have...
Especially for an automaker that builds high performance vehicles like Ford. Multiple truck models an Mustang!!
120-degree torture testing in sand whoops gets old. They make the program. I remember Honda validating their new PWC's on Elderberry Lake above Castaic. 500 acre lake and they could use half of it. Around and around they went day after day. Then 9/11 came and they got the boot. Right after Honda had bought a floating dock. Honda followed every rule, no monkey business. Then Joe Rogan and Fear Factor came and the crew was playing chicken on PWC's
I really appreciate the driver that sat in there for 2 hours
Does he get wet while inside?
@Kidd Tapel i mean if you open the door all the water will come in
Damn the ranger truly is a tough truck
Tougher than an S10. So many old rangers in SoCal. They easily outnumber old Toyotas.
We need a a Mid size truck in the U.S.A
Not according to Ford a few years ago. Small trucks were for losers. Just buy an F150 and skip the training bra. Smaller has no advantage. Cuteness is not relevant.
I WILL LIKE TO MOVE THE WATER OUT OF THE WAY FROM ENGINE AND TIRES TO DOMTHE SAME , THERE IS MOD IN HONDURAS ,IT APPEARS TO BE REBELT , FORWARD BACKWARDS ,TORQUE FLEXIBLE 😅😊 CLAUDIA S RIVAS CORP / FORD HONDURAS
I'm buying a ranger
Have a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 an love it. Smoothest riding & most comfortable midsize out there . Very sporty too. 34k mis on mine. I will never sell it . When I get the new '23 Ranger then my '19 be a daily driver /tow truck.
Your brand is now DONE ! Never liked them but now would never even consider one.
