    The people who think Kohli is better than Sachin should look at the bowlers he faced. Bowlers like Wasim, Waqar, Shoib, Ambrose, Mcgrath and many more were not easy to bat against. Now look at the bowlers these days and the batting friendly pitches. Sachin was absolute genius...A fan from Pakistan.

    • @anweshchatterjee7595
      @anweshchatterjee7595 Před 10 měsíci

      Bowlers easy? Batting friendly pitches? Are you crazy? Do you even watch test cricket? Pitches since 2018 have been even tougher than 90s, definitely much much tougher than 00s. And bowlers like Rabada, Anderson, Cummins etc will all become legends when they retire and people will say "cricket was so good in the 10s and 20s". Having said that, Sachin is definitely better than Kohli in test cricket. Average of 48 is not good enough.

      @@anweshchatterjee7595You cantcompare players from two different eras. Challenges are different. By the way Odis or tests, sachin was better than kohli. Even brian lara was better than kohli. Kohli is one of the greatest in this generation. But u cant compare players of two diff eras apple to apple. The era till 2005 was where money was less and the hardships more for the cricketers . Those days cricketers had to keep their jobs in govt or depend on other businesses in offseason because they were not paid heftily. Todays cricketer be a bowler or a batsman can make cricket his full time job. He can spend enormously on health and nutrition ,engage in highest level of fitness to raise the bar in his performance. All this costs money. I remember in 1989 srikkanth,azhar,kapil dev,amarnath, vengsarkar shastri formed a unit to appeal bcci to raise their match fees because they were poorly paid. Now those days are thankfully over. Even an average cricketer can create a networth far greater than greats like sunil gavaskar could create in a lifetime.

    India beared Worst keepers like Mongia, Dahiya, Saba Karim, Ajay Ratra those days n luckily we got Dhoni in last decade who rescued us in many crucial matches with Yuvi, Raina and few tail enders too. And still few fools blame him for no reason when his reflexes with the bat got a bit slower. Amazing crickets fans we have in our country when foreign players praise him like a legend.

      Dhongi Baba and his Young team would have been taken to the cleaners against this West Indies team comfortably. In addition, his Money greedy teammates would have fixed the matches, or quit the National team for the sake of money and IPL like the current West Indies team members have done.

Saurav and Azhar got a delivery which was so low that even ambrose would have been surprised of the height .....Even the best wouldhave crumbled under such attack and such uneven bounce pitch.
