@@radiowollaton8521 thanks for the reply! did you use any specific audio? I hear some clarity on the backing vocals and the rhythm track that I just can't get with what I'm working on, so if you can let that slip I'd appreciate it very much.
@@wm_productions8053 They use karaoke backing tracks. They do it real well, and it often creates a great result, but it does sometimes sound more like a 're-recording by the original artist' than a remix. I'm no purist, but in this case I prefer the 1960's stereo.

Thank you! I use instrumental backing tracks and alternate takes, then mix them all together using Steinberg Wavelab.
