It is wise to pay attention to these shorts from this CZcamsr!!! The technique she uses to fluff her hair is key. Flaxseed Gel is Amazing and so is Vyala!!!!!! 🥰
Update!!! So I did add the 1 tsp of vinegar I went with 2 tsp of vegetable glycerin. No flakes and I still got the hold I like! To each their own but I boil my gel for a very long time Bc I like it really thick Bc it holds my hair better. My hair is Mostly 4A/ 4b 4oz seeds 30oz water 1tsp vinegar 2tsp vegetable glycerin
How did the vegetable glycerin just stop the gel from forming flakes?? That’s wild. I see all these curly hair vids using flax for their hair but I wonder if it’ll work on my frizzy wavy hair… I don’t understand how leaving flax gel can work it’s so weird… I’ve had torublesome experience with flax before so definitely a bit critical 😅
what do you do with with the actual seeds once you have the gel? feels like a waste of food to throw it away, but idk if it has any nutrients left if you boil and strain out the gel part
You can also make conditioner out of the remaining seeds by blending them with rice water and 1 or 2 other things I don't remember, sorry. But there are YT videos showing what you can do with leftover flaxseeds.
I wonder if you can break that hard cast with oil rubbed in your hands and rubbed/scrunched over curls. I see other women doing that with casts from curl custards/gels.
I love flaxseed gel once I wash it out my hair is sooooo soft❤

I literally cannot live without flax seed gel ❤❤❤
I love the hold. It’s the flakes for me!!!! It leaves residue in my hair, if I add oil to the gel when I make it I don’t get the hold I like.
Try vegetable glycerin and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. As well as essential oils if you don't want your hair smelling like vinegar.
@@shanequaaustin8908 Thanks for the tips. I’ve been really tempted to try a Wash n go but I’m afraid of the flakes.
@@shanequaaustin8908 How much vegetable glycerin do you recommend I add?

Throw it out for the birds. They love it. 😊

I tried that before. It flaked so much. It looked like I put Elmer’s glue in my hair.
Do I have to wash it out
Nope!
I wash mine out after around one day.
U still Hoola hoop?
I’m slowly getting back into it :)
