How do you get contacts to call?

No cold calling or door knocking in NY its rough.
What I don't understand is, if you are in the same state/town as other agents, there are generally thousands of agents in each town and/or state, so aren't all of the agents ALL calling the expired listings? So what I am saying is the person that listed the house, aren't they getting calls from all different agents, so what would entice someone to use you over the hundreds of other agents out there that could also be calling them. Or for example if you have 50 agents in one office, aren't all of the agents all looking at the same list of expired listings, FSBO's?

How do you target expireds and FSBO in Canada through cold calling?
Following, I don’t think you can.. I door knock expireds
Ya, in Canada it’s hard finding the phone number, we door knock
35-40 contacts from expireds and FSBO is very difficult not the norm

5 just listed just sold 5 sphere

Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with Margaret Johnson Arndt for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.
