Effective automation frameworks needs to account for a company's workflow, culture, resources and technical landscape, while also maintaining focus on the delivery date and shippable products. This can be especially intimidating if you are new to automation.
In this talk I will show you 3 cases from 3 different clients. Each design varies based on the goals of test automation, who should do the testing, the scope of the projects, and the phase the projects when test automation was introduced.
