Sorry Walter, your question is not so clear to me. Do you mean if we use probiotics for our fingerlings or grow outs? If that's your question, the answer is no. I try as much as I can to be very natural in my farm.

Sort when there are fishes small enough that can be swallowed, sort also when tank is over crowded. Follow this guidelines and it will inform you at what frequency you need to sort.

You talked about changing water daily, does this apply to fingerlings, post fingerlings and juvenile? i change water for my fingerlings, post fingerlings and juvenile every two days interval and when they are above juvenile i start changing water daily. I do this because i want to reduce stress to the fishes. Please what do you advise?
If your post fingerlings and fingerlings are not too crowded and you're not over feeding to polute their water, it's okay to change after every two day.

It is not exactly over stoking at that size, but try not to keep it that much when they're jumbo size
