Balloon Arch over the Pool | How to | DIY Balloon Decor

Hello Balloon Makers,
I am sharing with you another balloon decor tutorial that is perfect for pool party or outdoor party decorations over the pool. This balloon tutorial requires helium, so its either you can rent out helium tank from your local party stores or you can buy a Balloon Time disposable helium tank.
Here are the supplies the I used in this video:
* 12'' red latex balloons (12pcs.)
* 12'' yellow latex balloons (12pcs.)
* 12'' blue latex balloons (7pcs.)
* 5'' blue latex balloons (8pcs.)
* 40'' Number 7 red foil balloon (helium filled)
* 20lbs. fishing line
* 4 Balloon water weight
* Hi-Float balloon treatment
* helium tank - a small size helium tank will suffice given the number of balloons in this video.
Adjust the spacing of each balloon if you are placing the arch into a 16 ft. wide pool to make the arch look nicer and not a super high arch. Please refer to the photo featured in the latter portion of the video.
