Sir, thanks for sharing this valuable information. If an individual is not into weights, a normal human being who do basic exercise, what are the most important supplements he should be taking everyday for overall wellbeing
@swapnilkamble2429 you don't have to lift weights in order to use creatine, it's great for cognitive health, performance overall, bone health, cardiovascular health
While creatine is generally safe, continuous supplementation without exercise may not offer significant benefits and could be an unnecessary expense. As for Glutamine Without exercise, your body might not need additional glutamine beyond what is obtained from a regular diet because most people get enough glutamine through their diet (meat, fish, dairy, and some plant-based sources).
@@evolveandbuild Thank you very much. I would like to ask you something else. I take an iron supplement, I have to. How should I take it optimally? With or without food? I don't consume dairy yet I am not certain if other sources of food mess things up. I do have some Guarana extract and green tea leaf extract which I take early in the morning, despite Dr Huberman's advice not to have early caffeine. I do get hydrated once I wake up and try to have a coffee around an hour after walking up. Or if I don't have that cup of coffee I'll have an energy supplement that has caffeine and taurine around that time, again following Dr. Huberman's advice. Could you please let me know what's best for me? Thank you very much in advance.
If you are generally healthy and have a balanced diet that includes other sources of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g., flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts), you might not need additional DHA supplementation. On the other hand DHA in supplement form is pretty beneficial and it can't harm you.
@@evolveandbuild There is no DHA in the above plant sources. All there is is ALA which is a precursor of DHA and conversion of ALA to DHA is very ineffective in the body (3-5%). Very good source of DHA and EPA is seafood like salmon, sardines, prawns and squid.
Yes, synthetic caffeine is generally considered safe in low daily doses under 50mg. Both synthetic and natural caffeine have the same chemical structure and effects on the body, so you'll be fine :)
Let’s rename this video STOP listening to that self-proclaimed expert called Huberman… sorry guys but if in 2024 you still value this guys opinion, it’s time to go back to school…

I Wonder How People Did So Well Back In The 40s 50s, 60 ,70 ,80s When There Were No Supplements. Now Many People Are Taking Supplements And CANCER & HEART DISEASE Is Running Wild.
Surprised that Vitamin D, K2 and magnesium, which the vast majority of people are deficient in, are not on this list.
It’s not as vast as you think
Need vitamin d3, k2, fish oil, garlic extract, ginger, b complex, vitamin c, gamma e as base bare minimum
And magnesium glycinate and potassium citrate is very important
I think the important thing to remember is not everyone needs the same supplements as not everyone is deficient in the same micronutrients.
those arent supplements they are vitamins...whole different conversation
Amino's are very important and I would add Taurine to the list.
Everyone is a supplement expert
Facts!
Thank you
Nac? Coq10?
This guy is an expert in everything now. Next topic he will tell you how to build your own house.
Lmao 😂
I think he meant teaspoon not tablespoon of fish oil.
Can you take creatine if you suffer from BPH?
What about athletic greens Andrew? I mean, you are sponsored by them, right?

Why did the voice change in the middle?
That's Dr. Andy Galpin. He was a guest on the Huberman lab podcast
I wondered about that too
@@evolveandbuild thanks! :)

@@7MrPawel7 Wrong, calorie restriction for example, is anti-aging, but terrible for training or muscle building. The two concepts are not the same.

Creatine is the one that would benefit everyone. Bonus, point is it is extremely inexpensive if you buy the Creatine Monohydrate powder.

Best omega 3 supplement/ ratio of epa dha?
Yes
If not if his Testerone injection Huberman will be ill with all supplement but never even he attribute it all for his testosterone injections.

Is synthetic caffeine safe in low daily doses under 50mg?
Yes, synthetic caffeine is generally considered safe in low daily doses under 50mg. Both synthetic and natural caffeine have the same chemical structure and effects on the body, so you'll be fine :)
No, caffeine is useless, go for taurine in the morning and Ashwagandha in the evening.
