I was never tall but never short close to my friends the same age as me or my classmates. So I think I grew in the average range. But your final height depends of a lot of different factors. Mostly on your own genetics, depending on your parents height. Like in my case my father was 5’10 and my mother is 5’3 so pretty realistic my height being 5’9. and also good nutrition, good nights of sleep, (since it’s when you sleep that you grow and your brain regulates your hormones), and also sports can help a little bit.
