Impossible to put to a list like who's better than who because there are so many cool characters on the show but Gustaf and George definitely are very good actors.
I really like Flóki's character though. He comes off(to me at least) as this really manic kind of suspicious and cautious guy, who by his physical build doesn't look like that much compared to some of the other actors. But then he's a truly gifted shipbuilder and even fights in such a different manner to most of his companions. I really like the combination of dual-wielding a large knife and a smaller hatchet as compared to a big battleaxe or the sorts. A multi-faceted character, hope to see a lot more character development in the coming episodes(and seasons since Vikings was renewed for at least a 3rd one, yay!)

I also think that George did a good job by his performance as Athelstan in combination with Fravis Fimmel as Ragnar.... I loved them both. The chemistry was amazing
