Really? Personally I find it annoying how these presenters tell one a ton of stuff that is plain to see and telling what good taste is. Maybe this presenter style cater to an american audience with this over the top-energy.
I would probably ask - politely - for such a sales person to calm down, and let me explore the place more calmly and then give me information I don't have and to answer questions.

That was amazing ! I can see my self spending a lot of my time on the roof top. I was wondering if foreigners like myself would five million price means you buying the property and the land ? How do you get to the very top extra rooftop pool? Pics show a 2nd rooftop pool but no stairs or ladder up to it?
I don’t think there’s any water up there. It might just be how it’s colored. But it would make for a kick-ass lounge area or hot tub spot.

Honestly, it feels a bit disconnected to the environment with the exception of water at the foyer. I get compound vibes vs villa. The view is stunning though!

It's one of my favourite that we've toured so far :)
Very nice location, good presentation but sadly even in a video you can see that the workers did not finish off the work properly (0:22, floor offsync, 1:19 stairway bottom not smooth, etc.)
Besides that - if you put in another 100k you can prob. fix it.

In Thailand, the only feasible option for purchasing a house is if your Thai "spouse" is the rightful owner. Condos are available for purchase, provided that foreign owners do not exceed 49% ownership of the building. so yes... somebody come with the house :)
