I have 25*45 three plot, want construction over 2 plots and lawn over last one, Want stilt parking on ground with one bed room with lounge with bath for guests, and three story for separate familys I like this design beacuse of safety issues in our area
Can you make plan with shop and 1rk flat for rent on ground floor...then house on second floor in 1100 sqft... I have seen lot of plans on your channel...I am regular viewer but hadn't seen any flat rental purpose design
